- [Section 5]. - (1) After the requisite funds have been earmarked by the Finance Department, intimation in this regard will be sent to the Secretary and to the prospective borrower who shall submit to the Secretary a personal bond in Form VIII [-] [See Legislature Supplement Part III dated 16.12.1980, P. 1311.]
