- (i) These regulations shall apply to such employees of the Board whose emoluments are met out of the Board's fund stated under section 20 of the Act, and who have completed one year's continuous service under the Board :Provided that these regulations shall not apply to an employee between whom and the Board an agreement subsists in respect of a Provident Fund, other than an agreement providing for the application to him of these regulations and in the case of an agreement so providing these regulations shall apply to the terms of such agreement.
(ii)
Every employee of the Board to whom these regulations apply shall be subscriber to the Fund.Your private note on this section
