Section 8 · Casual vacancies

(1)
A member may, at any time, by writing under his hand addressed to the Chairperson, resign from his office.(2)
When a casual vacancy occurs by reason of death, resignation or otherwise of a member, a report shall be made forthwith by the Chairperson to the State Government which shall take steps to filled the vacancies by nomination or election, as the case may be.Your private note on this section
