Section 1 · Short title, extent and commencement

(1)

These rules may be called the Factories (Haryana) Exempting Rules, 1980.

(2)

They shall extend to the whole of the State of Haryana.

(3)

They shall come into force at once and shall remain in force for a period of five years from the date of their commencement.
