Section 18 · Grant of license

(1)
The competent authority shall, after due verification, grant the license on such terms and conditions, as it may think fit and necessary, or for reasons to be recorded in writing, reject the application for the license being not in conformity with the provisions of this Act.(2)
Against every order of the competent authority refusing to grant a license, an appeal shall lie to the Director within a period of 30 days from the date of the receipt of the order.Your private note on this section
