Section 10 · Decision of the State Government final

[Section 55]. - (a) If any doubt, dispute, difference or issue shall arise regard to the transfers under these rules subject to the provisions of the Act, the State Government shall make such inquiries and hold such hearings as it considers appropriate to know the views of the affected parties and thereafter the decision made by the State Government shall be final and binding on all parties.
(b)
