(1)

Except as provided in sub-rule (2) no charge shall be levied for fire fighting service rendered within the limits of the Faridabad Complex.

(2)

In the case of buildings, factories, etc., which are insured against risks, the Administrator may charge at the rates prescribed in clause (a) of the 3.

(3)

If the money actually reimbursed on account of fire-fighting charges from the Insurance Company is less than the money charged, the difference shall be refunded.Note - If the fire vehicle operates a number of trips to the same fire scene for the same fire, the charges for the subsequent trips shall be at the rate of Rs. 40 per hour or part thereof.
