Section 406 · Procedure for re-submitting the cases to the Government

- The Superintendent shall, before re-submitting cases to the Government of prisoners [being cases which have been ordered by the Government to be postponed for consideration under sub rule (1) of rule 405 (1)] obtain fresh opinions of all the officers concerned again.
