- In section 3 of the principal Act,-

(i)

for the words "the Registrar shall certify", the words "the [Registrar of societies] [Substituted 'Inspector General' by Notification No. G.S.R. 1039(E), dated 17.10.2018.] shall, subject to the provisions of section 3A, certify" shall be substituted;

(ii)

for the words "the Registrar for", the words "the [Registrar of societies] [Substituted 'Inspector General' by Notification No. G.S.R. 1039(E), dated 17.10.2018.] for" shall be substituted.
