employed in any such premises for the purpose of manufacturing, altering, repairing, ornamenting, fitting or otherwise adapting for use, transport or sale any article or part of an article; or
Explanation.- Persons employed outside such premises or precincts, but in any work incidental to or connected with any work connected with the manufacture, altering, repairing, ornamenting or fitting any article or part of an article or otherwise adapting it for use, transport or sale, shall, for the purposes of this clause, be deemed to be employed within such premises or precincts; or
