- There shall be a district level committee for selection of licensees for retail sale of country liquor. The committee shall consist of the following members namely :-
| (i) | The Collector of the District | Chairman |
| (ii) | One Gazetted Officer of Excise Department nominated by theExcise Commissioner | Member |
| (iii) | The District Excise Officer/Asstt. Excise Commissioner of theDistrict | Member-Secretary |
