Section 21 · Fund of the Mandal

(1)

The Mandal shall establish a fund to be called the fund of the Mandal.

(2)

The following shall form part of, or be paid into the fund of the Mandal :-

(a)

any contribution or grant by the Central or State Government,

(b)

income of the Mandal from all sources including income from fees and fine,

(c)

trust, donation, endowment, and other grants, if any,

(d)

all other sums received by the Mandal.
