Section 12 · Cancellation of admission

- If it is found that a candidate has succeeded in getting admission on the basis of false or incorrect information or by hiding relevant facts, or if at any time after admission, it is found that the admission was given due to some mistake or oversight, the admission granted to such candidate shall be liable to b£ cancelled without any notice at any time during the course of his studies, by the head of the institution. In case of any dispute or doubts concerning admission etc. decision of the Government of Chhattisgarh shall be final.
