Section 4 · Appointment of Director of Borstal Institutions, Officers and Visiting Committee

(1)
The State Government shall appoint a Director or Borstal Institutions, who shall exercise, subject to the directions issued by the State Government, general control and superintendence over all Borstal Institutions.(2)
For every Borstal Institution the State Government shall appoint a Superintendent, and such other officers as it may consider necessary in such manner as may be prescribed.(3)
For every Borstal Institution a Visiting Committee shall be appointed in such manner as may be prescribed.Your private note on this section
