Section 12 · Bar of jurisdiction of Civil Courts

- No Civil Court shall entertain any suit or proceeding in any matter arising out of any proceedings under this Act, or in respect of any matter which [an Adhi Conciliation Board or] [Added by Assam Act XII of 1955.] a Revenue Officer is empowered to dispose of under this Act [except as provided under this Act.] [Added by Assam Act XII of 1955.]
