Section 1 · Short title, extent and commencement

- (i) These Regulations may be called the Visakhapatnam Port Trust (Bunkering of ocean going Vessels) Regulations, 2006.
(ii)
They shall come into force w.e.f. date of final publication in the Gazette of India.(iii)
