Made under: Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; pecuniary jurisdiction under Section 34 read with the Consumer Protection (Jurisdiction of the District Commission, State Commission and the National Commission) Rules, 2021 (value of goods or services paid as consideration up to ₹50 lakh); limitation under Section 69 (two years from the date the cause of action arose).
